From the time we came in, Jessica had a smile on her face; she was professional, caring, and empathetic and made sure we were up to speed about what was going on with my care. Her professionalism, kindness, and expertise were evident in every interaction we had. She took time to listen carefully to my concerns and address each one, and none were ignored. When I mentioned I was hungry, she even offered me some yogurt she had brought.
