Jessica was so compassionate to my thoughts and needs, she calmed me down in a matter of minutes.
I came up to her floor late that night after a car accident. I was very sore and still emotional. Jessica was so compassionate to my thoughts and needs, she calmed me down in a matter of minutes. Not talking to me about the accident, but about where I hurt so she could make me the most comfortable – she took my mind off the accident and made me comfortable for the first time. She was very attentive to my needs (medicine, food, etc.). She allowed me to feel secure in my environment and made me feel better. Thank you!
