***

She honors every patient with dignity and respect. She always gets the big picture but never forgets the sentimental detail to our profession.

***

Jessica has always been very helpful on our unit to all our team members. One occasion, she especially helped me was when I was floated to a different unit, As a great coworker she called multiple times to check on me, however, I was so busy I couldn’t come to the phone. She dropped everything she was doing, handed off reports on her patients to another nurse, and came to my rescue. She stayed and helped me until I was caught up with my work and ensured that both my patients received the excellent quality of care they deserved.

***

Jessica is one out of a million. She always goes above and beyond. Anytime I ask Jessica for help, she is always right there with a helping hand.

***

She is smart and trustworthy. She represents Northwell values, and I am honored to call her my co-worker.

Jessica’s skills and expertise make her an asset to our unit and a role model to so many.

Jessica was my preceptor when I started in CICU as a new graduate. I would not want anyone else to have taught me to be a nurse. She was patient, brilliant, and taught me everything I know today.
