Jessica did an above and beyond job with my Mother after her pacemaker replacement surgery which was supposed to be outpatient surgery. Kept her in overnight to watch for pain and bleeding and other symptoms typical of that surgery. She literally SAVED my mom's life-we were checking out and she did a superb job at checking the site again and saw that Mom was having a hematoma on site. She applied pressure for quite a while and placed a pressure dressing back on. We had a visiting nurse see us every day for days. I stayed with my parents also. What a pleasant, caring, and truly real person she is. She will be one I will look for and be proud to have in the future take care of any of my family members.
