I was admitted through the ER for a MS flare-up. I was very scared for it was my first time in the hospital. The computer system crashed so all staff went to manual mode. Jessica was my RN and took so much time with me explaining everything that was ordered by my doctor, checked on me frequently and offered to do anything for me to lessen my anxiety. With no computer system and a full floor of patients, she went over and above her RN duties—and she is pregnant. She is the best RN I have ever had care for me. Jessica is a true treasure for St. Luke’s. St. Luke’s is the “Four Season’s” of hospitals because of the nursing staff!!
