Jessica Black, RN

My husband's grandfather was admitted for Leukemia complications after chemo. He's 90 years old and hard of hearing. Jessica was kind and patient with us as we gathered details about his condition from Texas. She even called us back to update us and help us with our decision to  see him immediately, to say our last goodbyes. Without her taking an extra moment to give us a call and to update us on his rapid decline in stability, we wouldn't have made it before he passed away. It is that kind of kindness and empathy that make nurses like Jessica so special. It may not seem like much, but it meant so much to us, especially my husband. We are so thankful for your care and for caring for our dear family member.
