Jessica Bollinger, RN

Jessica Bollinger was exactly what our family needed the last day of our child’s surgery and to discharge us home. Our child had multiple surgeries in 5 days and it started to feel like Groundhog Day. Jess came in and immediately clicked with our child. She sat down next to her and talked about their dogs and even played her favorite song. Our child jumped up and was smiling and dancing. No matter how many times Jess played the song, she would join in singing. Jess took the time to sit down with me and go through the entire discharge package to make sure I understood everything and that I had all the right supplies to go home. Jess quickly felt like family and we will forever be grateful to have her get us through the last few days.
