...Jessica stood out because of not only her positive attitude but her team spirit. Whether a urinal needed dumped, sheets changed, helped to the bathroom, meds needed, or just reassurance, she did it with a smile. Many times nurses would get aides, but Jessica would just do it, even if it wasn't her "job." I spent 15 days in the hospital and her attitude was always the same - with a smile, upbeat attitude, and I knew I was in good hands. Everything she did, she did well. She was always anticipating my needs and I seldom had to use my call light when she was working.
