Jessica was just wonderful in every way: professional, friendly, and caring. She spent plenty of time with me. Jessica was always smiling and pleasant. I have a phobia of medical facilities, so Jessica stayed with me and kept me calm when my wife had to leave briefly. She seemed to embody the perfect nurse who sees her job as a calling and not just a job.
