Unfortunately, I have had many visits to the ER in my life. That, in return, results in numerous interactions with doctors and nurses. I am glad to say that my nurse this night, Jessica, was stellar! Pleasing attitude and hospitality. She openly answered my questions and also listened and understood my concerns and needs. She voiced my concerns and questions to my doctor. Jessica went above and beyond to make me feel at ease while I was dealing with a painful situation. Thanks Jessica.
