I was admitted to the hospital on a Sunday with Shingles (on the right side of my face). Jessica came in and introduced herself to me in a very calming and friendly voice. I was in so much pain and felt awful and most of all looked awful. I assumed Jessica sensed my frustration and kept saying to me, “believe (me), I have seen worse.”

Every day, during her regular routine, Jessica would always check on me, even if she wasn't my Nurse for that day. Before she left to go home, she would always stop in my room and tell me who would take care of me that night and always asked me if I needed anything. It is very rare to still find people who are still genuine and care about people who are sick. I thank god that Jessica made a positive difference in my stay at Jackson Hospital.

Friendly; when you call her she comes right away. Willingly to talk to you to answer any questions; made my stay welcome.

She is very nice to me. Anything I asked for she got it for me. Anything I asked her about she explained it to me.
