Jessica Burgos was extremely kind and loyal to me as a patient. She went way beyond any nurse/health provider I have ever had an experience with! Not only was she sweet and professional, but she was very knowledgeable of all things I asked about my condition. If she did not have an answer she was sure of, she would get it. She was easy to speak with; if she was needed, she would be here within minutes.
She should be awarded for her help with my serious medical situation. I was admitted and in serious pain that night until my doctor eased my pain. I had Jessica as my day nurse, and she knew the extreme pain I was in. She was very adamant about contacting the doctor several times that day explaining the things he was not aware of. By the end of her shift, the doctor adjusted my meds keeping me more comfortable. My doctor listened to me and most of all Jessica's calls and talks until she was able to help me as much as she could. She went above and beyond her job and is an amazing nurse and a very great sweet, understanding person.
All her co-workers could learn from such an all-around, great nurse and person such as Jessica. Thank you Jessica! This was the best all-around experience of any hospital I have ever been in.
