Jessica went above and beyond to take care of my father for two days in a row. She was an advocate when his condition was deteriorating. She collaborated with physicians multiple times to put him on the right medication. There were multiple trials and yet she was patient and caring through it all. She was always on top of taking care of him. There were several times his HR would go really high and low and she let the attending know. She even took it upon herself to consult Cardiology when his HR decreased and it was because of her prompt action that his heart rate stabilized. She was friendly, courteous, and she was constantly checking on my dad and our family members
