My baby had to be in the NICU, and Jessica was the sweetest, best nurse he could've had. She really took the time to explain things to me when I felt scared or when I didn't understand what they were doing to him. She spoke Spanish, so she was also able to communicate with my family members and do the same for them. In such a scary time for me, seeing my child in the NICU, even though that was exactly where he needed to be at the time, having her as a nurse often put my mind at ease because I understood everything, and I knew he was in great, caring hands.
