I am writing on behalf of my mother who was admitted. The care she received from the CDU unit was beyond excellent. Everyone was kind and courteous and she raved to everyone how attentive you are, but Jessica Coterel stood out.
Jessica worked tirelessly to keep us informed, help control mom's pain, ensure that her home meds were correct and comforted her when she was anxious. She would say over and over, "Jessica is such a good nurse. She makes me feel safe and so much better when she is in the room. She is always calm and listens to me." That was very reassuring to her.
The CDU team is amazing. I never doubted that the staff would take care of her and that she would receive the best care. That is why I brought her to KMC. Thank you for giving such great care as KMC is known for and for taking special care of my Mom.
