Jess wasn't having any luck finding the ring, so the last resort was the dumpster.
Jess took extraordinary care of me. I had just been in the ER a few days before with a dislocated shoulder and then this time I had a car accident and was very uncomfortable and in a lot of pain. Jess knew that I had had a rough couple of months, as well as my dad, passed away and I have a very sick mother whom Jess has also taken extraordinary care of as well. She made sure I was comfortable and just made sure I had everything I needed. During the visit the doctor had me take my ring off cause my hand was swelling. It was put in a container and was put to the side. I was very hesitant to take it off in the first place cause my daddy got me that ring and I never take it off as it is very special to me. Finally, I was released home and when I got home I went through my bag with my clothes and my ring was not in there. I immediately called Blessing ER and they could not find it either. I was in tears crying because that ring was so special to me because my dad had gotten it for him and I had just lost him to cancer 4 months ago. Jess went above and beyond staying after her shift calling people and looking for that container my ring was in. She wasn't having any luck, so the last resort was the dumpster, so her and another employee went to the dumpster and the guy was there just getting ready to dump it and crush everything, so luckily, she caught him and they went through the bags of trash and finally, the last bag had the container with my ring in it! I am so thankful that Jess went above and beyond to find that container for me as I would have been completely devastated if it was gone. I thank Jess from the bottom of my heart.
