I would like to recognize Jessica for her teamwork spirit with her co-workers and for me being floated I was having a busy day. She keeps asking and offering assistance. I wouldn't have been able to survive if she didn't help me like the patients that want to go home at the beginning of my shift. She helped me and facilitated the discharge. She also helped start an IV and gave some of the meds. She is a great charge nurse. I hope when we float from another floor we are treated this way so floating will not be so stressful.
