All the nurses who cared for me were professional, competent, compassionate, caring and respectful. Having been in a few hospitals this is something that I normally find in one maybe two, not normally in the entire staff. However, Jessica was the most caring, compassionate, respectful and truly interested in my care. On her visits, she would go over what we were trying to accomplish and show me on the monitor what my heart was doing that was good and not so good. She did it with humor and sincerity that gave you the feeling that she really cared.
