Jessica, thank you for everything you have done for us and continue to do.
Jessica was not only an amazing nurse, but she is also an amazing person. Over my mother’s 8-week stay (COVID and pneumonia), Jess was nothing short of an angel. My mother was one step away from ventilation and being at home; she always made sure to stay in touch or made sure someone always had reached out! She made both my mom and I feel super at ease through this entire process! She ordered tests to double-check everything to make sure my mom was covered in all aspects of her health.

When my mom was finally transferred out of the COVID unit, I was able to bring clothes to her. Jess took it upon herself to wheel my mom out to the main window, so I was able to wave hi from the parking lot. This was the first time I had seen my mom in five weeks! Immediately I knew how genuine this woman was and how much she really cared for her job and her patients. She went above and beyond. This is truly her calling and she is where she belongs! I could not thank her enough for constantly being there to ease my mom’s concerns, tell her honestly what her condition would bring, and made her feel like she was safe. This has been one of the scariest things we have experienced and if it was not for Jessica, I don’t think we would have had such a positive experience in such a traumatizing time.

Jessica, thank you for everything you have done for us and continue to do. Please continue to hold your head high as you continue to touch so many lives. You are truly one of a kind and I am so blessed to had you make such an impact on my life.
