She is always so upbeat and kind. She always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to help. She truly has such a great heart. She will listen if need be and offer advice or even just a shoulder to cry on. I got so lucky to have her as my nurse continuously over the years.

No matter what is happening, she always puts patients first. If she is my nurse, I know everything will be okay because Jess will make sure of it. She was meant to help people. She was meant to be a nurse. She is by far one of the best. As much as I hate being sick and in the hospital, it is what made our paths cross, and I’m happy for that!
