Jessica Dolan, BSN, RN

Jess was an integral member of the team making me well. I have worked as an inpatient mental health counselor for 20 years and pride myself on my ability to help people navigate through their most difficult of days. Aside from her composure and professionalism, she displayed something you can't teach. She was kind, accommodating, and did not personalize my 'freaking out' for lack of a better term. She instead made eye contact, explained the positive progress I was making and what came next. She made time to speak with my wife, a psychiatric nurse who was also extremely impressed with her knowledge, compassion, and commitment to her work. Jess quite simply, met me where I was at and quickly helped get me grounded and healthy. She is an Extraordinary Nurse and asset to a great hospital!
