Upon arriving at the hospital, I was nervous. Jessica was the on-call overnight RN who came in, and her attention to her work and my needs seemed very real to her. She had a very calm yet focused demeanor about herself and her work, which was very calming. From the moment she came in, she gave me her undivided attention and seamlessly took care of everything I needed without asking. She was amazing.
