Jessica watched and tended to our daughter two days in a row. She was always very attentive and pleasant. She was punctual for feedings and we never had to call her to come in. She asked good questions to make sure we understood our daughter's condition and treatment plan. She asked us about ourselves, which made us feel cared for as people, not just patients. She prepared our daughter's fortified "milk cocktail" and washed the bottles after use so we didn't have to wash. She went above and beyond and spoiled us and her excellent care boosted our morale!
