My dad was airlifted from Pecos. Jessica from the ER helped us with his situation. She took great care of my dad. It was time for her shift to be over, and instead of going home, she stayed to see him get transferred to ICU and made sure all information was corresponded over to the appropriate nurses and doctors. She was so very compassionate and caring! She made us feel safe and in good hands. What a blessing to have people like her, to make our stay here as comfortable as possible! Thank you, Jessica.
