Jessica has been wonderful taking care of my mother these past few days. She really connected with us and made us feel at home. She took the time to explain Mom's condition as we had questions and timely took care of anything we needed — from another warm blanket to bringing pain meds when asked. She is a customer service oriented professional who needs to be recognized for the way she does her job. I hope if I am in the hospital in the future, wherever that may be, that I get the quality of service that Jessica provides.
