Jessica Garcia, RN

I would like to nominate Jessica Garcia from the Emergency Department. She took great care of me during an extremely difficult time. Although I was quite emotional, Jessica was there to support me in every imaginable way. She was extremely attentive, caring, and constantly checking on me while I was awaiting the physician. She took the time to explain everything that was happening to me as if I were the only patient in the Emergency Department. She focused on my care and made me feel like I was not alone. She realized I could not have a family member with me due to COVID restrictions and she treated me like a member of her family. I will always remember the kindness and compassion she provided me during this difficult time. Jessica is a role model.
