Jessica Gerhart, RN

I went to the emergency room because of massive blood loss as a result of having a miscarriage. I felt defeated, emotional, scared, embarrassed, and ashamed. I did not want to go to the ER because of past negative experiences but had no choice because my PCP told me I had to go. I could tell from the moment I saw Jessica I was going to have the best care because she cared about my situation. Jessica took excellent care of me, was sympathetic, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. She helped me to feel less embarrassed and more of a person. By the end of the visit, I felt more confident, less scared, and more at ease with the situation. I really struggled with my self-worth and my mental health was struggling during this visit, but she really put in the extra time to make me feel comfortable and less ashamed of what had happened. I greatly appreciate her care on this day, and she made a big difference! I can't say thank you enough!
