Jessica Green 2023, RN

Jessica stayed calm and professional during an exceedingly difficult shift. She stayed friendly and positive and continued to show compassion and great care, no matter how stressful the situation. She managed several high-stress situations at once as this was an unusually busy evening and many cases were back-to-back, mid-to-high-level emergencies. She kept the flow of triage running smoothly, quickly, and efficiently even though for a large portion of the day she was the only nurse available in the Triage area.
