During a phone conversation with a very disgruntled mother who had multiple complaints and concerns, she stopped to shout out Jessica. She said she was great! Raved about her communication and compassion. She stated that Jessica was a Rockstar!

To initiate a phone call with nothing but complaints, but to stop to shout out one specific nurse tells you something about her. Jessica goes above and beyond the call of duty. She takes on extra tasks, great team player, and handles chaos like a champ. There isn't another nurse more deserving than her.
