During a Code Blue, Jessica Guanzon responded as the ICU Nurse. She was more than just a team member. She ran the code flawlessly and professionally. Without her efforts and leadership, I am sure the outcome would have been different. I know it is her job, but she went "above and beyond" by performing not only her duties, but making decisions and performing immediately when others present needed assistance.
