Is there nothing more stressful for a nurse than to find out your patient has a nurse in the family who is active in their care? Nurse Jessica met that stress with dignity, kindness, humor and a mutual professional respect.

She also dealt with my mom (the patient) with such amazing care in the tone of her voice and reassurance; it made a huge difference in how my mom responded to the very confusing, multiple actions of care going on. Jessica's patience in dealing with a dementia patient and then with my demands and questions was beyond what should be expected.
