Our sister was brought to the ICU Unit after a heavy stroke at home. Jessica was so helpful and friendly when dealing with our sister and our family. We were constantly in touch with her and she went above and beyond to share all information regarding our sister's care. Every time we were visiting, she made an effort to speak to us. She kept us up-to-date when we missed the doctor.
Jessica answered all our sister's questions, and she called us at home because we were so worried about our sister. We can't say enough how we looked forward to seeing Jessica and how Jessica explained every test our sister had during her stay in the ICU.
