My sister has been in quite a difficult position trying to get a rehab that would provide transport, as her insurance does not cover it, and she is not allowed to pay for it herself.

Jessica has worked diligently to get what she needs to be successful in her new life as a dialysis patient.

I honestly think some case managers would have thrown in the towel due to the frustration and roadblocks at every turn. Not Jessica! She answered my every phone call, was always open to my suggestions, and was willing to try any idea to accomplish what was needed. Jessica has shown a true work ethic and, even more importantly, empathy in a very difficult situation. I want to express my thanks and appreciation. I will always remember her kindness.
