My dad was in the hospital for a fall. He first went to the ER then 3 Main. Jessica found he had no pulses in his feet and got him the attention he needed.

Per phone follow up with her, the family member noted that Jessica was "attentive, informative, and sweet. She impressed me with her clinical knowledge and communication.” The nominator said that her dad had trouble with his feet, but this was the first serious situation and the Nurse's astuteness allowed for the follow up he needed!
