While visiting my mother in the hospital, she spoke so highly of her evening nurse. I happened to be there during shift change, and Jessica walked in smiling and greeted my mother like she was her own family member. I just sat there in awe of their encounter.

I’ve been in the healthcare field for 20 years, and I know when a person truly cares about their patients. What I witnessed was a true, genuine person with a beautiful spirit loving on a patient who needed uplifting. Thank you, Jessica, for just being you.
