She always takes extra time to explain how the medicine prescribed works to her patients and their family members and ensures they are comfortable with the recommended treatment plan. She is always willing to listen and address every concern. Jessica brightens the CDU department every day she is on shift and you can always catch her sharing a comforting smile. Jessica ensures every patient receives excellent care. Recently, one patient described Jessica's care as treating them and their family members as if she was treating her own mother.
