I was getting parts for a job and passed out causing me to hit my head and had to go to the Emergency Department for stitches. I woke up lying in a bed in the ED and didn't know what happened. Jessica took time out of her busy schedule to come down to the ED and sit with me. She talked to me for quite a while and helped me feel relaxed and got me a blanket because I was cold. She carefully covered me and then made sure I had a way to get home safely. I know she cares about everyone in the hospital. She goes out of her way to help other people. I have seen her do this time after time with staff and patients. She has a special concern for others. This incident happened several months ago and she still checks on me to make sure I'm okay. I really want to thank Jessica for her help. She really wasn't even assigned to take care of me, yet she did so in such a compassionate way!
