Jessica's compassionate attention and care made a significant difference for me and my family during my recent hospital stay. She anticipates needs well and was so helpful with suggestions that in many cases would perhaps be overlooked. She demonstrated considerable insight about my regimen of medications and was especially helpful with pain management during the first two days. She was quick to respond to all requests and checked to see if the desired effect was accomplished or if further assistance was needed. Jessica's caring personality and loving smile brightened the room when she entered. She seems a perfect candidate for this recognition. I have had three separate hospitalizations during the past year. Although most of those health care givers have been very good, Jessica truly stood out! That is quite an accomplishment for Franklin Woods since everyone here has been good!
