Jessica is incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate. She is truly beautiful inside and out. Jessica has a heart of gold and lights up any room she walks into. I recall as a child picking daisies and plucking the petals to find out if someone loved you. With Jessica, you never have to wonder. She always goes above and beyond what is expected of her. For instance, one day she knew I wasn't feeling well, had not showered in days and had company coming. She encouraged me and assisted me in taking a shower. When I got out of the shower she had cleaned my room, changed my linens, made my bed, and even found a vase for a flower arrangement someone had left me. And she didn't stop there. She even braided my hair. Jessica made me feel extra special, very comforted, safe and protected. With her beautiful smile and her soft gentle spirit, she will always take the time to genuinely ask how you are doing. She truly takes the time to listen, pay attention, and come up with a plan to comfort you.
