The mother of a patient who was in a deep coma and recovering from brain surgery after an ATV accident recognized Jessica. She described her as one of the kindest, most selfless, loving people she has ever known, and went on to praise her for taking "amazing care of my son when I couldn't, and I was feeling helpless. She even took care of me at times, as if we were a part of her very own family."
