Our brother is a strong, active Army veteran who required hospitalization. He is a proud, independent man, and Jessica treated him with respect. She provided excellent care, answered all his questions, and addressed any orders we asked for. As a critical care nurse myself, I recognize good care, and Jessica made us feel safe, heard, and provided for at all times.
