I am a new graduate nurse in the NICU, have had the last three weeks on my own, and Jess has worked almost every shift with me. She constantly asks if there is anything she can do all while providing the greatest care for her patients as well as mine. She is going so far beyond what a coworker does and is such a great friend and nurse. I appreciate everything beyond what words can say.
Her work attitude is contagious; she has such a calm collected attitude and is so incredibly positive that it is contagious within our pod. She does nothing short of the most exceptional care for our patients and lately, mine as well. If I ever had a NICU baby I would love her to take care of my babies any day!
