Jessi did an amazing job going above and beyond in listening to my family member's wishes. She was very patient and encouraging throughout her stay in the hospital. Jessi did great at working with the other staff members to make sure they treated her well. Jessi was the only nurse who truly encouraged her to get out of bed. With Jessi's actions and words, she was able to get out of bed by herself, which was a huge success! Jessi came up with a great idea to mix a protein drink with the medicine, and it worked. Jessi supported her decisions and her family. We all appreciate that she respected us and our beliefs and gave her the best care possible.
