Jessica took great care of my husband. They had to shave his beard off after 30 years of him growing it out. She took the time to explain it to both of us so that he would not get too upset. He was having a lot of trouble keeping his blood pressure where it should be, and she explained everything that they were doing and all of the changes to us so I would understand what was going on. She took the time to comb his hair so that it did not get really knotted at the back of his head and have to be cut short and that meant a lot to us, where it would not mean anything to other people. She really takes great care of all her patients. Wish you had more like her. She really cares about her patients. After 3 weeks, she made us feel like family not just a number. We feel that she went above and beyond to make our stay a better one under these circumstances.
