Our nurse when my mom first came to the CPICU was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure that my mom, who was in critical condition, was fully taken care of. Because of COVID, we could not be there as much as we wanted, but she made sure we were always updated. My mom has now been in the CPICU for a month and has not had her as her nurse since, but she continues to check on my mom and her family. She is extremely caring, kindhearted, attentive, empathetic, and provided the best experience we could possibly have under the circumstances. She is the epitome of a good nurse.
