Jessica Johnson, RN

Jessi demonstrated compassion by placing my daughter’s long-term well-being at the forefront of care. My daughter, who’s 6, was really opposed to getting her throat swabbed for strep. She couldn’t be consoled, and yet Jessi understood the need and worked with me (mom) to problem solve quickly. We got a successful swab in seconds, and my daughter was positive for strep and a left ear infection.

She offered solace and encouragement to my daughter throughout the whole process. Jessi definitely exhibited a commitment to achieving my objectives of care for my daughter. Jessi presented a consistently positive and professional demeanor, adapting to meet the needs of both of us with her quick problem-solving.

She also effectively conveyed information to both of us and the provider. And by working on Thanksgiving Day, Jessi and her coworker showed us unwavering dedication to the well-being of our Stoughton community and my daughter.
