Jessica Kaufmann, BSN, RN

I was flown to the hospital by helicopter and went right to emergency surgery. When I got to the floor, I was scared, confused, and in pain. Jessica immediately took care of me physically and emotionally. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond to comfort me. She was kind, empathetic, and efficient in getting me anything I needed. Over several days she communicated my needs and concerns to my doctors. She continually checked on me and worked with great care to anticipate my needs. She offered a high level of evaluation in response to my symptoms. She is an Extraordinary Nurse and she deserves to be recognized.
