Jessica treated my husband with respect like he was a family member. Answered our questions quickly - if unsure, she contacted one of his doctors to get an answer or the doctor to come in. Never seemed rushed or agitated when we needed her. Even though she wore a mask, you could tell she was smiling, had a positive attitude toward her job and co-workers. Is truly a reflection of the hospital putting its best foot forward. Jessica made an unexpected, scary hospital experience pleasant. I felt like my spouse was being well-cared for and was an important part of her nursing day.
