Jessica was one of the nurses who helped take care of me after an unexpected surgery. Every time she came into my room she had an upbeat attitude and showed true concern for my well-being. Not once did she make me feel I was bothering her no matter how often I called for something, which happened to be often. I'm on many different medications and know the doses and what I take and when. I noticed her attention to detail and there were several occasions when I knew something was missing or a dosage was incorrect. We would talk about it, and the oversight would be addressed by her right away and the problem revised by the time it was time for the next dose or sooner. She never put it off; she would find a way to fix it right away and this was on a weekend, so it wasn't always easy for her. Any request I had was treated like it was important and that was very much appreciated!
