Jessica Knott, RN

Simply put, Jessica is amazing. Our mother was in a tremendous amount of pain. Jessica always took the time to talk to Mom about her pain levels, and comfort and reached out to doctors if she felt like something additional may be needed. She always checked in throughout the day, which my mom really appreciated. She never hesitated to help Mom to the restroom, change her gown, etc. She made our mom feel heard. She even made the comment that she felt comfortable and cared for when Jessica was her nurse. Even at the end of her shift, she made sure to tell our mother goodbye. That really meant a lot to our mom. Thank you, Jessica! You are incredible!
